  Good afternoon, Jeff and Michelle, I would like to take a moment to thank you for the new AC system. The communication I received from the beginning of the process through completion was excellent. Your technician, Andrew, did an outstanding job explaining in detail what would be done from start to finish. He also provided helpful information on how to maintain the system efficiently and explained why air was not directly reaching the bedrooms. Additionally, he recommended specific vents to purchase to improve airflow. From start to finish, Andrew and his crew did a great job. I truly appreciate how quickly you were able to provide and install the new unit. This company has consistently been professional and courteous, with fast turnaround times whenever parts are available. It is clear that you genuinely care about your customers.

  I recently had an HVAC unit that needed repair, so I contacted several companies for evaluations and estimates. Every company except one told me the unit couldn’t be repaired and needed to be replaced. Maximum Air was the exception. Jeff arrived on time, was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. Within minutes of evaluating both our home and the unit, he confidently determined that it could be repaired. He provided a fair estimate and backed the repair with a one-year warranty. It’s now been over a month, and our air conditioner has been cooling perfectly. I still can’t believe how different my experience with Maximum Air was compared to the other Fresno HVAC companies I contacted—including one that actually specializes in repairing existing systems. If you’re looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and professional HVAC company, I highly recommend Maximum Air. Jeff’s integrity, expertise, and willingness to repair rather than automatically recommend replacement saved us a significant amount of money. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.   Jeff did an outstanding job on both of our houses. He was professional, knowledgeable, and dependable from start to finish.
